CHALLENGES

GRIL was rapidly expanding its operations across India, completing high-profile infrastructure projects and establishing itself as an industry leader. However, the organization faced challenges in attracting top-tier talent and retaining existing employees. The company lacked a cohesive employer branding strategy to highlight its employee-centric culture, growth opportunities, and achievements. The need for a structured employer branding philosophy became critical to position GRIL as an employer of choice.

SAMPOORNA

AN Overview

To enhance our employer-employee relationship and establish a distinct identity among current and potential employees, we are launching the employer branding initiative, Sampoorna.

It is an employer branding umbrella that will consist of seven different segments. Each of these segments will represent different aspects of the employee experience. Anything and everything related to employee relation will fall under one of the segments of “Sampoorna”.

What is Sampoorna?

It is our holistic human resource ideology which was developed to facilitate employee care, strengthen employee relation and augment overall employee experience.

“Sampoorna” stands for “complete”, which represents a collaboration of different aspects of employee care and relation. It consists of seven different segments and each of these segments will represent different aspects of the employee experience. Anything and everything related to employee relation will fall either under one of the segments of “Sampoorna” or under its own umbrella.
